Been having problems for almost a year trying to Reslove bill problems due to accounting area.Customer Excellance not doing job for Hospital Issues. There model is serving Patients as Christian Ministries helping there fellow man!!nWe been pass around 5-6 times , Still nobody will give us the Administrator office or phone extension....They refuse to give us Administrative Contact,when we have Collections calling because of not taking care of problems.....Hope someone In Executive Staff or Thomas Zewiski would contact us,after 2 messages on voice mail.... this is not proper Handling Patients Concerns RSVP!!!!!!!

I gave birth here jume 12, 2020 during a pandemic. I wanted to write a thank you message more than just a review. I am very happy with the care I received here. I absolutely have the best doctor (Dr. Tienne Randolph) she is amazing. Nurse Erin was the one whom provided me with my hospital tour a few months back and still managed to call me a few times to keep in touch. She has a beautiful soul and speaking with her it’s as if you personally know her with the amount of care she has. After having my daughter I stayed with the Fransician family and my daughter see Dr. Savanna Bruski whom I met in the hospital and she is also amazing and welcoming.nnMy ONLY complaint would be every time I received my food orders they were all cold and it takes about an hour after you order to get it to you. So order your food early. I did LOVE the smoothies, so good.nnThere was also a nurse in the delivery room (Jenny I believe) whom asked me if I was married to my daughters father whom was there and if he is the father to my other kids. I don’t understand why this question was even relevant while I’m in labor pains. Clearly I am married as we share the same last name and my status is married, why you needed to know if my husband is the father to my other kids was just too personal, why does that matter..

This hospital is a joke! 2 times they coded my visit wrong and I had to spend hours and hours with insurance to fix their mistake. They then send me a letter saying that the insurance still haven’t paid and they will charge me if I don’t fix it! Do your job for once for gods sake ...
