PATIENTS BEWARE :nI VISITED THIS IMMEDIATE CARE FACILITY DUE TO A SIX DAY SINUS INFECTION THAT I THOUGHT I COULD GET UNDER CONTROL , AFTER SIX STRAIGHT DAYS OF PAIN AND PRESSURE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF MY FACE , EYE , NASAL PASSAGE , BOTH LOWER AND UPPER JAW INCLUDING MY TEETH AND SWOLLEN LYMPH NODE , THE PAIN WAS UNBEARABLE .nDR. JEFFERY A. COX EXAMINED ME AND CONFIRMIED WHAT I SUSPECTED , THAT I HAD ACUTE SINUSITIS .nI EXPECTED TO BE PRESCRIBED ANTIBIOTICS AND I WAS , I REQUESTED TWO PAIN TABLETS AND ONLY TWO , DR JEFFERY A. COX STATED HE DOES NOT PRESCRIBE ANY PAIN MEDICATION FOR ACUTE SINUSITIS.nIM ALMOST 60 YRS OLD , WITH NO HISTORY OF DRUG USE OR ALCOHOL ABUSE , I DIDNT ASK FOR TEN OR TWENTY BUT TWO (2) . JUST TO GET ME THROUGH THE NIGHT SO I COULD GET SOME SLEEP AND GET BACK ON SCHEDULE .nILL NEVER BE BACK , IM GOING TO DISPUTE THE BILL , DR JEFFERY COX SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF ME INSTEAD OF PREACHING TO ME ABOUT HIS ELEVATED MEDICAL MORALS AND ETHICS REGARDING PRESCRIBING TWO PAIN TABLETS .nWHAT A TERRIBLE NON-COMPASSIONATE NON-CARING UNPROFESIONAL MEDICAL MORON .nI WILL BE FILING WHATEVER COMPLAINTS I CAN WITH THE INDIANA MEDICAL LICENSING BOARD.nTHE REAL QUESTION AT HAND IS WOULD THE GOOD DOCTOR PRESCRIBE TWO(2) TABLETS FOR HIS MOTHER IF THE SHE WAS EXPERIENCING THE SAME HEALTH ISSUES ??nTHE ANSWER IS A DEFINITIVE AND ABSOLUTEnYES !!!nDr. JEFFERY COXS MOTHER WOULD RECEIVE THE COMPASSIONATE MEDICAL CARE REGARDING WHAT SHE WAS EXPERIENCING.nI THINK YOURE A DISGRACE AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF DR. went there Dec. 6th with shortness of breath and coughing, they did a chest xray and the PA there said it was clear, and a flu test was negative. nothing was prescribed. Ended up in the ER and admitted to the hospital for 9 days with double pneumonia and the flu. I wouldn't recommend this place at all because there was evidence of pneumonia in that xray that my doctor saw. 4 days later when I went.

They were very helpful when I broke a bone in my back after a fall, got x-rays reasonably quickly and was diagnosed and prescribed before I left, the whole trip took maybe a little over an hour. They also gave me a doctor's note for work detailing restrictions and a follow-up appt for a specialist.

I would not recommend going here at all. My daughter and I were diagnosed with a virus. My daughter missed school do to a continuous runny nose and cough. The Dr. said drink plenty of liquids. She did not prescribe her nothing for a runny nose or cough. The virus is contagious because I not only gave it to my daughter but also my husband. She didn't offer to excuse her from school. Instead she absolutely did nothing and walked out of the room when I asked why she wasn't giving her antibiotic. I didn't even get a chance to ask her for an excuse for school. Instead my daughter returned to school with this contagious virus. Never again
