Stock Yards Bank & Trust

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Stockyard bank both through my businesses as well as on my personal accounts. Their entire team is very personable and are all solution driven. I highly recommend them.

If I could leave no stars I would. I WILL NEVER reccomend this bank. I tried to close my accounts in AUGUST, they never closed them, so of course they accumulated fees and now they want me to pay for them. Even tho I haven't been using this bank for almost 3 months now. The bank manager is very rude and doesn't have good customer service. I will be calling and talking to someone higher up about this. I also will not be paying the fees they want me to pay even tho when I closed my accounts they were at 0.00$. They are trying to rip me off for 200$!

I was making a delivery to the CVS that's connected to this strip mall and had parked parallel across from the bank. That early in the morning the bank is not open. One of the employees had the nerve to get an attitude with one of us about were we had parked saying that we took all the spots from the employees as well as customers. It was 8 in the morning the banks not open.She was mad cause she had to walk an extra few feet from where she normally parks. That's the kind of attitude your employees have then I would never do any business with this establishment.
