Applebee's Grill + Bar

Waited 30 min to be seared. Then Waited over 40 min for our food, once we got it the burger was dry, the fries were old tasting. The cheese in the mozzarella sticks were not even melted and and the artichoke dip had a rubbery top covering it from being left under the warmer for so long. We got seated with out utensils so when our food finally got there we had to ask for them. Definitely lost appetite after all this and ended up getting credited for part of the meal. Such a disappointing visit and we usually love going there.

It was a void experience. The waitress was very nice. We did the $22 sharing combo. I got the driblets & substituted the fries with broccoli/cheese soup (for a minimal upcharge. ) my friend had the burger. We got the mozzarella sticks for the appetizer (there were 8 or 10 I think.) It was very good; I even suggested my son go with his girlfriend.
