Was having trouble with my sisters health and everyone there were helpful, understanding and kind during a rough time in both our lives. I mean everyone they all deserve an attaboy certificate for the way they dealt with the whole situation!!

I have been a Chase customer for over 10 years and will never go anywhere. From bankers, to management, I am always treated well and with respect. After going through some very difficult times, I spoke with Anna, the branch manager, over the phone. She is an angel! Very professional, understanding and knows her stuff! Because of what she was able to do for me, I was able to get some sunshine on a horrible, cloudy, rainy day. Thank you Anna for everything and for your staff.

I came in to schedule a credit card application and Dolores (older lady with short, grey hair) was supposed to schedule my appointment. I came in 20 minutes early and found she had not scheduled my appointment and let me know I would need to wait another 20 minutes. Also, about a year ago, I wanted to get pre-approved for a mortgage loan. The banker whose name evades me (mid-thirties hispanic woman) ended up changing my checking account to a different tier. I had to manually revert it back. Worst bank staff ever at this terribly managed branch.
