I don't normally have problems with this bank but tonight the ATM didn't give me my money!!! I couldn't get into contact with anyone from the company so I had to take pictures and record so I could have proof. I don't take receipts because I dont need them. I pray to GOD when i go up there tomorrow they give me my money with no problems or it will be one.
The Security door entrance situation is embarrassing and there appeared to be limited help at this branch with a lot of customers waiting. I will definitely try to avoid this branch in the future.
Terrible sevice, the workers are slow and are not able to type with both hands, wich makes the wait all the more exasperating.
