Chase Bank

This is the absolute worst Chase Bank I've ever been to. It's like they don't even care about this location at all. This is the closest one near me by a long shot. Otherwise I have to go further out east, or all the way downtown. Neither of which are convenient options. But both of those locations are far nicer than this one. Yes, I understand that the area immediately surrounding this bank is not great. It is still, however, a Chase Bank branch, and they should have pride in their location like they do every other one. The ATMs are barely ever working, and it takes forever for them to get someone to fix them. When one is working and the other isn't, the other one runs out of cash incredibly quickly. That or it doesn't even accept cash in. Always something at this bank for it to be the staple Chase in the area. If I could give it no stars, I would.

This branch has 2 ATM's, a walk up and a drive thru. Almost every time I go there, one or both are not working. Service at this location is seriously declining.

It's honestly insane how often the ATMs are out of order at this location. I go at least once a week and every time at least one ATM is down for maintenance.

Why is it that every time I go this chase, none of their atms work and it’s been over a month. Just wasting ppls time

I've been here twice just trying to set up a checking account. I would've went to a different chase but this one is 3 minutes from where I live. First time I went they said I'd have to come back because I needed an appt. Second time they told me it'd be a 40 minute wait. I waited 20 minutes and they said their system was down, while I was watching them set up another person's checking account. I told the lady my situation and my frustration and she then told me I could do it online. How can I deposit cash online?This bank is a joke. Always at least a 20 minute wait for a teller, tellers aren't motivated to help you or help you solve your issue, and are rude. I will never go back to this bank and neither will my wife. I'd advise everybody else do the same.
