Sarah's Family Footwear featuring Stride Rite

Wow! Walked in looking for specific Brooks tennis shoes. Saw Brooks 18 for sale for $160.00. A 2 year old model that's for sale other places for $100.00. Inquired about the shoe and was told Brooks doesn't make a 19, according to this person who was either the manager or owner Brooks only made 18,20,22... and so on. EXCEPT WE WERE WAITING BROOKS 19! This person had a snooty over intelligent attitude with matching tone of voice. I didn't argue, not worth my time, didn't bother showing her the Brooks 19 currently on my husband feet. They'll figure it out. Knowledgeable educated employees can beat corporate competition you just can't be so arrogant to be uneducatable .

Wonderfull people there and great customer service. They helped me son find the perfect shoe.

A little high on prices, but friendly place and good selections

Went in today to replace a pair of my old worn out brooks and was greeted right away. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very glad to spend my money locally. Thanks for having what i needed and I will definitely be back!
