Wonderful experience. I went in, I explained my problems with my current shoes and got a recommendation for New Balance's rollerbar shoes to help with overpronation which is exactly what I was looking for. The gentleman measured my feet with the aertyx (?) matrix and explained to me about my fallen arch problem and was able to recommend orthotics to go hand in hand with my New Balance shoes. I found a great color and the perfect size after he politely and carefully measures my feet. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to communicate this to the staff, so I got superb service. A lot of people will leave bad reviews because they go in not knowing what they want. If you have a general idea of your foot problem and you know New Balance and what they make shoes for, this is the store for you.

It's a good place. Since they were an actual authorized dealer of New Balance Shoes their selection was better than the other stores around. They also were able to offer a much higher end shoe not just the entry level kicks you find art Foot locker, or Shoe Carnival.

New Balance is now known as Stout's Footwear. The employees are the best, and I greatly appreciate the young woman who helped me find a comfort pair of shoes that I can stand around all day for work seeing as though I stand on my feet all day at my job, and I need something that's comfortable and yet it lets the shoe breathe. For the money you spend, the shoe is well worth it, and I am glad they are still open just under a different name. So don't let it fool you.
