Tradehome Shoes

I visited the Greenwood Park Mall today and the customer experience i received was amazing! The three boys in the store were so helpful and helped me pick out the perfect pair of birkenstock’s! Kam kept the store super clean and was so nice and Braxton was super attentive to anything i needed. Also super good looking. Anyways i will be visiting again.

My family and I love this store so much!! The workers are so nice and are super helpful. I totally recommend coming to this store and buying the shoes that they have to offer :)

They did not have the shoe my daughter wanted in stock, so they ordered it. The manager drove them 30 miles to my house in order for us to have them in time for her to take to college! Absolutely wonderful customer service. Will definitely buy shoes from here in the future! A+++ Service ...Highly recommend

Went into the store in Greenwood, IN to look for new shoes for a Christmas gift for my son. He tried on two types of boots types. I realize the staff might be on commission but really, BE honest to your customers and tell them how much the shoes are at the beginning and let the customer decide. Don't be the pushy sales clerk that everyone hates dealing with. I'm in retail and honesty is the BEST policy!! I won't be going there again!!! I will let others know not to shop there. Thank you Brad... Your pushy and dishonest sales technique lost a customer and future customers!!!
