Well, after 5 phone calls to corporate and posting to their website my issue has been resolved. Having problems with orthopedics, but today a Zac from Greenwood called and was very helpful for getting my issue resolved. He ask if I could come back to his store and he promised to fix it today and he did. I hope they train all employees to be as helpful as he was today. My feet feel better already. Thanks Robbie s
I received good information and everything was explained on how the inserts work. You try each one while at the store. I like the product and hope a few months from now my condition will be better. It takes time to correct your problem
I’m only on day 5 and my feet hurt but of course it’s gonna get worse before it gets better and top it all off I only got the temporary one I don’t have the relaxers or anythingBut this morning I was actually able to get out of bed without suffering so I Definitely give to Good Feet Store 5 stars Staff was great very polite
I was told the shoes I bought was slip resistant. Found out @ work after I almost fell several times that they aren't. When I went to take them back they said couldn't take them back cause its past 2 weeks. The guy wouldn't even look at them. They are still in good condition. Also I had the receipt but it didn't matter.
Have used south side Good Feet store for over 10 years. My feet love the place. Just had my insoles updated and the difference is great! Everyone should check them out.
