My husband and I recently purchased a Cobra 4 sewing machine from Alden Leather Works and we cant begin to say enough good things about Tim and his shop. He spent over 5 hours of his time putting my machine together, showing me how it works, having me sew some of my projects on it, and answering all of my questions. If you are thinking about purchasing a sewing machine or taking a leather class, I would highly recommend Alden Leather Works.
Aldens school of leather trades is second to none! Tim Alden and Chad Hefley are truly wonderful people and excellent teachers of leather craft. I am on my second class and hope to finish all the classes that are available.
An absolute amazing experience. This is a leather working school that is run by Tim Alden. His family is generational in the leather craft field. Tim is one of the nicest people I have ever met and he is an exceptionally talented leather worker. My skill level on the 1st day of class was elementary, by the 6th and final day of class I had the confidence that I could repeat every process he taught in class and create custom made leather goods.
