They will not answer the phone. I’ve called MULTIPLE times, but no one will answer the phone. I just left this location and they would not provide notary services for my mom. My mom has been a customer with them for a while now. We are seriously considering switching banks. Save yourself the hassle, bank elsewhere.

The lady seemed to be new behind the counter and didn’t know how to handle cashing a check. I went to the one off Southport though and got great service!

They never answer the phone, closed the drive threw window over a year ago, only have one teller helping customers while the bankers stand in the back corner and talk. Very lazy group, except for the one teller.

If I was able to I would give 0 Stars! I am the manager of a business in the area and have been trying to call this location for 2 days to ask a question. No one ever answers the phone. I am talking I have called this branch over 20 times a day for 2 days and every single time it rings until I get a message stating that the tellers are assisting other customers. I find it hard to believe that there is never a time that the phone cannot be answered. They have to loose business because of this. Its ridiculous.

Make an appointment to open a checking account? No thanks. I went right across the street and had one in 20 minutes.
