PNC Bank

Everyone at PNC is always so friendly and ready to help. Honestly, the best customer service ever! I'm so glad I switched banks awhile back. They are always so helpful no matter the situation.

Staff members are friendly. Never have issues at this location. ATM usually works. Not too busy.

All banks will let you remove a person from an account. This one will not. You have to close account and start over with new account. The account has always been in the positive just needed to remove a name...that person was there to sign a form to be removed. But they were not willing to help at all!!

I had Chase bank before moving over to PNC and it was possibly the worst switch I had made. I can’t even trust the app to give me the right amount in my checking account because of how long it takes for them to process payments. This establishment also gave me the wrong information regarding depositing my paycheck and took another 24 hours to do so making me late to pay my bills leading to late charges because I couldn’t access my funds. Save yourself the trouble and find another bank because I know I am.

I left my atm card in the machine by mistake and couldn't figure out where I had left it. I called and talked to Alex, who told me that if the machine spits out your card and you don't take it within 30 seconds it sucks it backs in and holds it for security purposes. Alex was so helpful and happy to explain things to me! What a joyful experience talking to him after going through this hassle.
