Another rude interaction. You never know if your gonna have someone friendly or rude. Now they close lobby to appointment only which is ridiculous. We left TCU for this bank and havnt been very happy with many aspects. Bummer since 2 min from our new house. Opening acct today at Indiana members credit to see if better.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this credit union. Michael Jackson and his team at the credit union go above and beyond to help the customers. Highly recommend this credit union.

Make sure to get a receipt when making a payment. Out of the three years I've had to deal with this company I've had three months where payment had not been indicated by this branch. Corporate will send you an email stating that you must contact them immediately (no other info besides contact,) and will state that you owe them money. Even with the receipt corporate won't believe you so you have to go in to the branch to sort it out. On top of that they still report your credit as non-payment and you get dinged on your credit report because of their screw up. I'll be refinancing shortly.nnEdit: Going on 4 months now and another late payment has been reported. Still absolutely nothing has been done by the company to fix this. I've tried to get it fixed via TransUnion and Equifax but all they do is reach out to the company which say the original iscorrect. Seriously? What is going on with this? Help me!

I have always had such friendly service here when I pay my van payment there through shared branch. Not today. Pam Cooper was not so friendly today. The staff even had their personal vehicles parked in the drive through making customers get out of their cars to get to the ATM. They said there was a tornado and hail although neither happened.nKindness does make a difference Pam! A smile can make or break someones day!

It sends who is working, but generally staff is very polite and friendly. Once I withdrew some money and didn’t realize they gave me $100 less than I pulled out until later that day. The next day I saw that they refunded the $100 saying they only gave me 100 less than what was taken out. 10/10 great, easy to work with credit union
