Red Wing

I got some excellent boots here for the winter. They've held up really well the past two months, and still look brand new. The guys in the shop were patient with me and let me try on all the boots I wanted before I made my purchase. They even offer to condition your boots for you in you bring them in (like once a month or something), which is nice. I plan on coming back and getting a second, shorter pair of Red Wings for the summer. Extremely satisfied.

I walked in and was met right away by a employee. I told him my needs and had a show on my foot in under a minute. The shoe it's self was so comfy! Transaction went smooth and I am satisfied.

Excellent service and helpful staff. They ordered a pair of boots for me that they did not have in-stock. When the boots arrived and turned out to be a half-size too big, they promptly ordered the correct size. I was not forced to pay up-front like other Red Wing stores or pressured to purchase boots that did not fit. 5/5 stars.

We had an excellent experience with Brent he was very helpful and friendly; he went above and beyond to help us and answer all of our questions. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had customer service this good!
