Great service and everything was explained. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Feet are feeling better after only three days. Highly recommend a visit to the Good Feet store!
Pricey but supports seem to be very well made and should be durable.Should be worth the price if I can avoid a podiatrist and rx orthotics. The lifetime replacement guarantee was a strong selling point to me. So far, my feet and legs feel much better after using the supports for a week.
My husband was having problems with the comfort of his inserts. When we went to the store the nice gentleman checked my husbands footprint again and discovered that he had received the wrong fitting. So he replaced the inserts for free, even though we were out of warranty. Now that is customer service!
I was helped by Chris. He was very polite, professional, and humorous. He explained everything in great detail. The moment I stood up with the strengthen arch supports I could tell the difference in my posture. As I began to walk in them the pain in my feet which I always have was gone. What a relief!
