Staff have always been friendly and helpful. We have banked here for a couple years with no problems

If I could give no stars i would. I worked and banked here, such a scam. They’re hidden charges and fees in EVERYTHING. Trust me I know from working there. Don’t go there, literally go anywhere else and if you’re looking for a banking job, don’t go there. I felt like I was back in high school with mean girls.

Too many mistakes made by that branch. Customer service is seriously lacking. They can't seem to keep employees. 100% turnover of employees. If u want to be treated like a number instead of the person you are then by all means go there.

Waited in line for 30 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of mine, after finally getting up to the window and it took 15 minutes to deposit A small amount of cash.

Went to cash a check drawn on this bank and was presented with two options: I could either pay a 6 dollar fee or I could open an account and cash it, but when I close the account they charge me 50.00 for a close fee.nnWonderful customer service! This is probably why I’ve never heard of this financial institution before today.nnSave yourself the hassle of dealing with a small town backward, small minded bank and go to Huntington across the street to be treated with dignity and respect!
