I had an important package that needs to be delivered promptly. They were open Saturday morning to help me and the receptionist was very helpful. I just wish the shipping costs were not so high, but it is like this everywhere... sigh
I think FedEx is outstanding! Some of the best customer service right here in Rosenberg, Oregon. When I receive my packages there not damaged unlike some shippers. Keep up the Great job!
They are always nice. Print your label at home and drop Package off here. (No waiting) It's often about half the price as priority mail.
