Shoe Dept. Encore

Every time I’ve been here, there’s been nothing but a nice experience. The employees are nice, not pushy and constantly asking if they can help you. The store is clean (which in Roseburg is a toss up at other places). There’s selection, for all kind of shoes for every age. I enjoy this store

I am sorry to say that I rate this experience a 1. I went into the store not seeing that they had a post saying they closed at 7. I was there 20 minutes until closed. A young man by the name of Kris made a comment that I should come back tomorrow as he walked away. The work ethic was upsetting and I will not shop here again. Hopefully you have a better customer experience.

My husband purchased a couple of pairs of shoes for me. We were told they could be returned if they were not worn outside. I tried to return a pair today with the receipt. Because I did not have the card they refused the return. We share the account but my card has a different number. They did not offer any other option. Total waste of my time and now my husband has to go back to do it. What if this was a gift! Wow with this policy the person receiving would have to go back to the person giving the gift. They should have other opinions.

Great Shoe Shop in a great location! A lot of great prices major name brand shoes. I will come back again and again for shoes.

Great selection. Definitely best place to find quality shoes in Roseburg considering the competition is pretty slim.
