Customer service here duck's. Not surprised by the reviews being so low.

Called 10 times, automated system claims they are assisting other customers, so there is no holding your place in line which is alot of fun

Opening an estate account for a decedent takes approximately 3 hours of sitting in the bank lobby waiting around. Also, ensure the bankers count the money twice because they counted the bills incorrectly the first time.

Safe to say the WORST branch I have ever been to. Unable to do their jobs correctly the first time and you are left to PAY for their mistakes. I would recommend this bank if you want your money to be put on hold for no reason, be overdrawn because of their error as they continue to charge you for being overdrawn. Oh and Susan is without a doubt the most unprofessional person I had the displeasure of speaking with. 100% useless bank

The atm here didn't dispense $300 and took me about 3 weeks right before the holidays to get paid back through my bank! Will never go back! The bank wouldn't even discuss any part of it with me!
