Citizens Bank

So to pay my auto loan online they charge you a $2 convenience fee just and goes the same to take a payment over the phone. A lady that I spoke with told there was no fee to pay with ACH online but shocker I was lied too. I am so ready for this loan to be paid off and I can wash my hands with this bank. It has been nothing but a hassle from the start. Don't waste your time and breath with this sad bank

I use Citizens bank in Eminence,Indiana. They are wonderful. Friendly,helpful and always a smile.

I've banked at Citizens Bank for 10 plus years including numerous vehicle loans, checking, and savings. They've been great in the past. Citizens Bank has become horrible. I purchased a new vehicle from Hubler Chevrolet and the rates quoted to me were horrible.nI financed at another bank for serveral points less than Citizens quoted. They have become arrogant and have horrible customer service. I also bank with Chase and find them to be exceptional in the Mooresville area.

I've banked there for over 30 years. Never had a bad experience. Always helpful and polite.

I have had my car loan with them for about a year and they have been fantastic. I got a great interest rate / monthly payment & the staff is always very friendly! They could use a little bit of an upgrade for their online system but their staff said they are working on it. Very happy!
