North Salem State Bank

This bank is awesome and has a very friendly and patient staff. Other large banks may have size to their advantage but that's where it stops. I've dealt with larger banks and their service can't nearly measure up to North Salem State Bank. I fully recommend this bank to anyone that is in search for a bank that puts its customers first. I gave a bad review for you guys once and I am still mad about it..there was a screw up it cost over a 1k, I opened my account and I was told there was know way I could over draw which was not true I did overdraw. I was not paying attention to my purchases and I went over a thousand in the hole. It was on me for not paying attention...but I did not pay attention because I was led to believe that I could not overdraw. That is my only complaint with NSSB. That aside customer service is great and there polite.
