The owner knowing that I was a groomer and wanting a comb told me dogs didn’t need to be brushed or combed. He also told me he went to another groomer and never needed to. Not very knowledgeable about grooming for sure and very rude. I don’t care where you get your dogs groomed I was there as a customer. Never go unless you want to be treated badly
I hope the gentleman who ran the store and was so angry this afternoon finds happiness somewhere. It must be hard to be that unhappy.
