I love coming to this store but I am ALWAYS treated poorly. I am covered in tattoos and I don’t know if this is why, but I have never been treated so badly. They sell my dog food which is usually only found online. I love to help out local shops by buying local but I have a hard time doing that here. It’s a shame. They do have quality products and if you fit their criteria you should shop there.
Staff goes above and beyond!
I contacted them about ordering a milagros charm but they were out of stock. After explaining about our dog’s tragic passing, I asked if they would share my experience with the silversmith & request another batch of charms. The next week, Teca Tu staff called back and said that they had one waiting for me 🙌 I flew here from NYC to pick it up in person and visit this beautiful town.
