Terrible customer service. Possibly understaffed?

This bank staff rates highest in customer satisfaction, ability to give professional guidance in financial matters and willingness to serve local businesses.. A+ rating to Patrice, branch manager.

There are three US Banks to choose from if you live in Lawrenceburg, Greendale, or Aurora (because all three towns kind of mesh together to form a sames triplet town). I have gone to all three and gotten pretty decent service but the Lawrenceburg branch here on Walnut street has been the best by far! They are always willing to help you out whenever they possibly can, I know they helped me when I was going through some financial hardship. They are all about customer satisfaction here and this customer is very satisfied!! I would definitely recommend this branch over the other two in the area.
