U.S. Bank Branch

I've been banking here since I was twenty, and it has only gotten better over time. I noticed an earlier post criticizing Karen, and I can only say that whoever wrote it must have impossibly high standards, because Karen has never been anything but patient, helpful, and kind. The rest of the staff is just as efficient and friendly; they've never hesitated to do anything reasonable for me when I needed help. When the local alternatives are Fifth-Third and Friendship State Bank, there's no contest. Here's to another fifteen years of great service!

Banking here is fine always have handled any problem I have had to deal with. They just need to update their hours on maps.

I’ve been a US Bank customer for 6 years. This place has gone completely downhill and I do not recommend it to anyone. It’s anything from systems being completely down to ghost money showing up in your account. Sadly, I had to switch to Civista because of a problem that was not taken care of by the bank- they like to shift blame on everyone else instead of taking responsibility for serious computer glitches. It happens more often in the last 2 years than it ever has. Hands down... go to Civista or Fifth Third. They will treat you better and they have less technical issues. These ladies are straight up rude 95% of the time.

The staff is fantastic & very friendly. Robbin was especially helpful in setting up an additional savings account!
