The Nurse Practitioner I had, Stacy Quinn went above and beyond to help me. After being blown off by doctor after doctor, she didn’t just brush off my concerns, but thoroughly tested me even when we kept getting negative results until we discovered in the blood work what was causing my severe symptoms. Yet, she didn’t stop there! When I moved for College she continually worked with me to get me referrals for specialists and continued to stay in contact to inform me about what to do. She is a phenomenal NP and the medical field is fortunate to have her practicing. I highly recommend going to her facility.

Go somewhere else save time and stress .nBeen calling for over a week trying to get my dad’s medication refill or get a appointment to be able to get his medications refill since they didn’t approve the pharmacy to do so . I have been calling and every time I call no answer been leaving voicemail after voice mail and no call back I don’t know what they are Doing cause it shouldn’t take a week to get a call back

They make it to where you have no refills and then they leave you stranded without your meds for long periods of time. 'not talking about narcotics or scheduled meds' other places would normally put refills on them so your not at their mercy monthly. And they won't approve pharmacy request for a refill on Fri sat or sun lol seems they'd approve people's important medications on Fridays before there off all weekend but apparently they just don't care.

Please do yourself a favor and find another facility to go to. The doctors are OK but once again the office staff whether they are nurses, assistants or just other workers are not very polite and caring about your health. Having to wait five hours for a call back to make an appointment is totally unacceptable. Along with several other things.nnFollowed up today with another appointment because we were giving the old second try, appointment was at 9:15 was told nobody was before us and still not seen 45 minutes later. Finding another provider. What has happened with customer service/medical care?

Poor customer service. I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. No every answers the phone nor do they return your call. The receptionist is rude and condescending. I will be changing my doctor.
