PNC Bank

Walked in the bank at 4:30 to open my 17 year old a checking account. There were 3 employees in the bank and we were the only customer (they close at 5:00) but they said they were too busy to help us.

Not all of your customers have banker hours and do not feel safe using mobile apps to do their banking.... I cannot believe your location does not offer Saturday hours. ... I may go somewhere else....

I’ve been using this branch for over a year and I’ve always gotten pleasant, knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful during my last house closing with a few things.

My favorite PNC branch. Small, friendly, and enjoy the fresh coffee. Jason does a nice job as a teller. Miss Angie the old branch manager there. The only draw back is it can be a pain getting in and out of the parking lot sometimes.

Normally a OK bank but they will do whatever they can to get overdrawn fees I had a bill come out but had put a check in my account and since they went through around the same time I got a overdraw fee because the bill came out a couple of minutes before my check went through
