U.S. Bank Branch

Poorly trained tellers:nThe US Bank tellers at Clarksville, Indiana branch told me she couldn't verify a check but I could open account for $25 but couldn't deposit this check. I asked if she thought it was fake. She said yes and showed me the security feature on the back couldn't be read yet I could read it with my glasses on. She said lots of scams going around . So I asked her what I should do with it and she said throw it away. I'm so glad I did not because it, in fact is real and It took me two minutes to call the bank it was from and it verified. It's a real check and I opened it with that check's bank online, and easily deposited it electronically. I think the tellers are poorly trained. If anyone receives a settlement check from the Knapper vs. Cox, don't go here to Clarksville, Indiana branch because they don't know how to verify a check nor do they recognize the difference between real and not real. I tried submitted a previous review and I shared that one to my Tracy Peny-Hristova facebook page, so if you want more information contact me there because I'm not sure if these reviews are being submitted. I couldn't see my previous review regarding this on the review page earlier so it could have been that when I shared it that it simply did not submit, or because I have detailed information regarding a better bank to use so I hope this is useful. I've used US Bank since they were in the old Biggs grocery store. These friendly people have never let me down. Just be weary of the credit card company they use. That group doesn't mess around.

Poor customer service after taking a loan out,there also known to change the rate you thought you were getting right before you sign the paper work so it boils down to lack of trust with this Branch in Kroger.
