Danielle was very helpful on the phone & saved a pair of flips for me since I live far away & couldn't get there by closing. The in store staff were very pleasant & helpful when I arrived the next day. Store is clean & bright and I love that they keep W11 in stock in most styles.

On 7/13 I visited Edinburgh outlet in Indiana. I contacted their corporate office and have never received a response. Because of this is I am sharing my experience here.nnAt the time they had a sign posted saying masks are required.nHalf of the customers weren’t wearing masks, and the employees did not have them on correctly.nI asked an employee why bother having the sign up if it’s not going to be enforced. He said his manager told him to put it up.nBy having no enforcement of this the sign is useless and gives those who are high risk misguided trust in visiting this store.nSince then the state of Indiana had issued the mask order for indoor shopping.nnDue to the lack of follow through from the Croc company I have given up on giving them business in the future and instead buy from companies who take the pandemic seriously.

Mine literally broke right before I walked in... I think the store knew I needed a new pair of the flip flops and that is why they broke my shoe....btw... this is a joke... the store isnt breaking your shoes to get you into the store! Well I dont think they are!!!!lol

I really didn't know what to expect due to it being my first time inside the store... they had alot if different crocs... they was just a little pricey for me, probably because I don't own a pair..
