Needs more drive up teller during this pandemic, I've spent 15 minutes in line and haven't moved at all only seen 2 people get done

Worst drive through ever. They have one person on a busy day. I’ve been there multiple times in the past few weeks and waited for over 30 mins at the drive through when it was finally my turn they didn’t even acknowledge me or apologized for the delay still had me waiting for another 10 mins and I asked for my ID Back because they were taking way too long and I had to leave by then and again he didn’t even apologize or say anything else. Centra on 25th is quicker and more professional staff.

I have always been treated well by everyone at Centra , I highly recommend them.
