To be honest, this is the worst location in Columbus. The coin machine always breaks down on every visit I’ve had. They are ridiculously understaffed and you likely will have to wait almost 20 minutes in line because they almost always only have 1 person working.nnI didn’t give one star because the employees are always friendlynnDon’t bring your business here
It's a bank. Used the atm. Have never been inside. This is not the one closest to my house so I have no idea how things are inside this branch.
Convenient locations. But that's literally the only thing convenient about Centra. You'd think a smaller bank would be easier to work with than large banks on things like auto loans and check cashing, but they just aren't. I ended up opening an account with a larger bank. I would advise you to do your banking elsewhere if you want to have a bank that isn't a pain in the ass any time you want to use them
