Very professional staff, very helpful. Just disappointed with the boots I bought. They were $200 and after two weeks at work the leather on the right boot is tearing up. The sole are amazingly good, but the insole sucks for comfort I wasn't trying to buy a $60 insole for them on top of that price. You could probably by something much less expensive with better comfort.

Great experience today at red wing in Columbus Indiana. Alec definitely went above and beyond to answer my questions, and also answered questions I didn't even ask. Great service. Alec for employee of the month.

Needed new steel-toed work shoes. Love the last pair I got here so bought the same ones. Glad they had them.
