Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

Would give a -5 star rating if I could. Just went in to cash a check that was in the Bank of America name. Charged $8.00 cause I don't have an account there. REALLY!! Just drove across town to avoid a fee. I'm sure there sorry though. Now I know why my dad called the Bank of Apologies instead of the bank Bank of America. Should be Bank of the Crooks! Not happy at all. Thumbs down. Will never go there again!

Everytime I go through the drive-thru it takes a really long time before a bank teller comes to the window and seems like it takes them just as long to process the transaction

Terrible customer service at the Redmond, OR Branch-specifically the manager. He will help with deposits and promise part of it available same day. When you go to spend these limited funds... beware they will be retracted and he will do nothing.nFurthermore, refuses to help if you mention that you are considering another bank. His words, “in that case I will do nothing for you.”

Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. They treat you like a criminal for trying to deposit money. The old lady at the drive through calls the manager over every time I deposit my paycheck. I’ve been using this bank for 4 years and I’m tired of being questioned. The managers excuse for questioning me today was that he was trying to look out for me and the way I spend my money. My response was should I take my money somewhere else? He said he doesn’t get excited about people depositing money. Yikes BofA these are your managers. I deposit one pay check and I get interrogated.

I have been banking at the Redmond branch for almost 10 years. I love the manager, Wayne, and find everyone very helpful. My only complaint is that it appears that they could use another teller. I really like all the folks at this branch.
