Angie really help me in a pinch today. Great customer service!

Have been going to this branch since 2010. One of their newer tellers is horrible. She barely knows how to properly serve the public and doesn’t even seem to know the bank’s real account rules but she never asks a superior to verify if the information she is espousing is correct or not.

Banking Supreme!nnUmpqua is an all around GREAT bank!!! Best bank that I have ever banked with....and I've banked with quite a few banks over the years. The Redmond branch is full of knowledgeable and extremely personable staff members. There has not been a single time that they have not been able to help me with efficiency and professionalism. Hands down, the best bank around. Thanks for all that you guys do.

Switching to Umpqua has been one of the best decisions, ever!! The staff quickly become almost like family, the coffee is great, and the service is second to none. Is it silly to look forward to going to the bank??? Nope!

Great bank, make me feel like I am their most important customer and I assure I am not! The only thing I wish were better is when I call customer service, I always wait for a very long time to actually speak with someone. They need to hire more people for this service.
