Love the bank. But am tired of there atm not working half the time. Dont understand why they dont put a new one in ud83dude11

The only issue I have just happened recently with their secure access code where they locked me out of my own account and then I could not get a person on the phone..... I ended up having to go into a branch and spending about 15 minutes entering and reentering things to get it straightened out. I felt bad for the staff who basically got thrown under the bus. There is too much” maintenance “ online and I seem to have less and less access to MY ACCOUNT!!! I’m seriously considering switching credit unions!!!!!

This is by far the best down to earth people to people bank....never in my life did I think I would tell people that I love my bank but...I love my bank! When my Dad passed away I had the Branch manager come up to me with a hug and condolences. When ever I'm in public and they see me they always wave and smile!!! These are the best people!!! Proud to say I bank at Onpoint community credit unionud83dude0a
