Tried ordering a phone online and it was a nightmare. Went into the store to get issue resolved and was helped by Alyssa. She was sweet, knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly resolved my issue. Love my new phone, and we will be coming back to see you for all our wireless needs.
Great local ATT Wireless store! My family and I have been coming here for about 4 years now. Happy to see the same staff each time. I appreciate the consistency in staff like Tom and Omar and Alyssa. Got my new phone yesterday, easy transaction. They listen to my needs, suited to my particular circumstances. I was last here in 2019 with my mom and they helped point the way to getting her account resolved. My whole family have been helped by this local gem.

I walked into the Mahwah store just to check about a malfunctioning mic on my phone. Within seconds, Tommy was greeting me and offering to help with my mic. Next, after deciding to purchase a new phone, Tommy demonstrated such ease and knowledge of the iPhone 11 and how I could manage the switch from my old iPhone. Tommy is exactly the type of salesperson every store needs! Friendly, sociable, polite, enthusiastic, personable, honest....yep, a clone is needed of Tommy to place in every AT&T store!!nLadies: Tommy is also a cute ginger!!
Went there to get my mom's phone upgraded. Worked with Tommy and he was nothing short of amazing. He was extremely helpful and was able to get my mom an uograde to her phone and show her how to use it as well. He also let her know that if she had any issues with the phone to stop by or give him a call directly. Great customer service and will definitely go back again to see him at the Mahwah store.
