The drivers that come out of this office for delivery are lazy! There is slight construction on my block and the driver didn’t attempt to even deliver the package the first day. I called FedEx customer service to let them know construction will be happening on my block for about 4 to 6 weeks! However, the block is still accessible they “noted” it on my package to be delivered the next day! The next day I sat and waited on my porch for three hours only to show that the driver put customer was not home, during the time I sat outside. Someone from the Mahwah facility was supposed to call me and let me know if I would be receiving my package.(Which I needed before going out of town) No one ever called me I had to call the 800 number customer service, again! We are in the middle of a pandemic and FedEx should not be relied on for essential deliveries of any kind!! Their drivers are too lazy to come down the road. I have received packages from the Amazon, the Postal Service, and UPS! FedEx is the only lazy company not willing to do their job!

Worst experience ever, they were supposed to ship me the package November 21. They stated that they came 3 times to drop off the package but delivery failed and that I was not present even though I was waiting for them all day long. The fedex car did not even pass by my street and I have camera in the house so I can tell. Who are they trying to fool, this is so unacceptable and they need to do something about it.

My package was supposed to come next day on 7-23. Then it got delayed to 7-24. I called on 7-23 ANDDDD went on the website to change it so that they deliver with NO signature. Then I call again on Friday to make sure there is NOOOOO signature required. Of course when they went to deliver they didn't because no one was available to sign. So I call again and they told me that I can pick up in Mahwah. I drive 48 minutes to Mahwah from Hoboken and guess what, they dont have my package after me waiting for a little over an hour! The driver didnt unload his truck properly so they had no clue where my package was. Then I asked the lady for a door tag because I can bet my life that the incompetent driver didn't leave one for me to sign and authorize the delivery when Im not there. She said that a door tag was left. Guess what, NO DOOR TAG when I drive 30 minutes back home. I wouldn't even really care if it were like a toy or random impulse buy but this is my cell phone that I absolutely need for work. This is my livelihood on the line.

They lie when the website says last express pickup is at 7pm, got there @ 6:45 and the pickup had been done, had to hotfoot it to Mahwah to get my package accepted in time

Stood outside from 8:30 AM to 10AM. They said my delivery was expected at 10:30 AM but I know they have lied in the past. So I waited, in the heat, to make sure the FedEx truck could not miss me. They did not even drive on my street and pulled a “customer not available” and have made me wait.nnThey are, simply put, liars and are lazy
