I rarely go to the bank these days but when I do, the tellers are very nice with me. The bank looks nice and clean. They could add more tellers for Fridays so the lines wouldn't get to big...

The slowest Bank of America you can find. I always spend more than half an hour here. Even for the simplest request, you WILL wait a long time till someone helps you. The tellers are honestly very nice but that office staff is a hot mess.

Always a long line. Very few teller assisting people. They just want you to use the ATM machine so eventually they get rid of all the tellers. Good job!!!!

To be honest, I try my best to not have to come to this branch. The place is always packed (doesn’t matter what time u come here) & you have to wait a while for any of the services.. also the PARKING is wild. There is never Street parking & the lot is all the way down the block
