I worked with Jamie, he was awesome. I look at some of these reviews and the bad ones alot are out of the stores control. The store was extremely clean and all of the staff were professional. Jamie has has upgraded my phone on multiple occasions. I even went to this store when he was transferred as manager from another store. I would always recommend this staff and this location. Keep it up guys, upper management should know you are the best!

Jaime Dyal was very friendly and professional during my visit. I signed up for fios internet and wireless as well. Hassle free and I was in and out in a timely manner. Definitely recommend seeing him and his sales crew!!
I’ve been to this location twice now to upgrade my phone and then to purchase an iPad. The manager Jamie and sales rep Quebec are professional and friendly. I will continue to use the Verizon Hillsdale for all my needs due in large part to amazing customer service!
