Outstanding customer service, and extremely honest. On two occasions I have brought Some equipment in And the gentleman at the counter has told me that because of the brand It would not be worth me getting it fixed. Anywhere else it would just take my money. I highly recommendThis repair shop!
Best Shop I've ever used. Great service, always professional, work is always top notch.
I've always had good experiences at Durie service wise and with equipment purchases. When I last had my mower in for service in the spring, which included a leaking tire, the tire was flat within a week after it was delivered. Inconvenient, but not a show stopper. I pumped it back up as needed for several months, but then the valve gave out. I decided to have a tube installed to hedge against future issues. The estimated time started as a day or two. Six days later the tire is still in the repair queue. I understand about the staffing issues due to Covid-19 and the recent storm, but the amount of time needed seemed excessive. I picked up the wheel and am bringing it to another shop nearby that would repair it any day while I waited. Update: The Precision Mower & Power Equipment in Nanuet repaired it in 15 minutes despite having a 3 day backlog of larger jobs.
Horrible customer service. Could not get a straight answer in regard to a repair that was not corrected. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
