I came in a day before we got our new puppy. I had no idea what I would need. The staff was extremely helpful and informative. They spent so much time one on one with me explaining me everything. It was so helpful. Aimee Hill, dog whisperer, is also absolutely outstanding. I’ve referred two friends to her after spending one session with her. She is so knowledgeable, and so helpful. Her instruction is clear and she really knows what she’s doing. I like the positive reinforcement approach she takes and she’s so patient with both me and my kids. Really great place to come for your pets!

Tyler @ Teterboro Landing store is an excellent team member. He went above and beyond until he finally resolved my issue. Tyler, never lost his patience and tried multiple attempts until it was finally resolved. The fact that I was there for 45 mins and he continued to work with me in such a professional manner was wonderful! Thank you Tyler :-)

Great pet store! Very well organized and maintained. Staff is friendly and the deals are incredible. My fiance and I purchased a jacket for our little dog ava and when we got to they register they said its only 1$ so I ran back and grabbed another for our uncles dog. That one was also on sale for 1$. Incredible. Forget the sale tho the Pet food carried is also very great. And the toys and other pet stuff are awesome as well... Definitely give this pet store a try

A good clean well stocked store with friendly very helpful staff, especially this young man James, extremely knowledgeable. The only drawback is that the company does not ship an adequate amount of the biggest selling fish because they are often out of stock. When you run a retail store you don't wait until you're completely out of stock of an item before you reorder. This may come from incompetent management.
