ordered a rug from them through Amazon prime. 15 days later still waiting. all they did was create a shipping label promise a delivery date and NOT ship it. I waited 2 different days already no rug. fed ex shows only label created shipment oending for 15 days. Would NOT recommend buying from them unless you walk in a door and walk out with your item. not happy at all. Amazon is great and getting me my money back
