Brought my dog to get groomed because of a recommendation from friends. Leslie did a outstanding job. They gave him the best haircut to date. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place.
We started to use Woodland Pet after 2 bad experiences at another groomer that is located in Oakland. Woodland is very accommodating and they treat Phil very well. They clip our Shitzu and don’t hurt him. He always comes home clean and happy. Very nice people that run it.
My dog went here for her first grooming and she had a great time! The staff here are clearly animal lovers, and Sophie came out with a big smile and looking great!
Wish I could give negative stars! Most unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. So unprofessional, can hear staff yelling and calling animals all sorts of names. If you love your dog do NOT bring them here. They were aggravated with every question I asked regarding my dogs experience while grooming and acted as if they couldn’t wait to get rid of her. Can only imagine how they treated her behind closed doors. Save your dog and your money!!!nnALSO owner is extremely rude and will fight back with you in the comments when you leave an accurate review instead of handling it like a professional!
Very upset with the service! No one at the front desk when I walked in to drop my Dog off or even when I came to pick him up. Very unfriendly. Also when I. Picked my dog up, the groomer then told me that mynDog was a pain in the butt because he sat down and may be uneven in spots. I don’t understand what their job is then? My dog is 15 lbs and they can’t cut him. I found it to be very unfriendly and unwelcoming.
