This is the absolute best Verizon store I’ve ever dealt with. Mine and my friends and family have had the utmost respect and care from an employee Franco. He goes out of his way to explain things and tell you what’s best suited for you. He has stayed when store was closed many times to insure we were all satisfied. Check out the store and ask for Franco. The very best!!!!

I've been going to the same store for the past 8 years, excellent service from Franco and Omar, They always advise me whats the best deals,best plans best accessories and always saved me money. very professional and respectful service.nany wrongfully previous negative comments must definitely have the wrong store.nhighly recommend this is the place to go.

Went store to find out a problem with iPhone, thought it was on the fritz, Franco, looked at the cell phone and checked it out. The cell just needed a new battery. Instead of telling me, I needed a new cell or recommending an expensive repair job. I just needed to replace the battery! Great customer service & Integrity on the part of Franco! Now I go to the Franklin Lakes store to update my plans and get whatever accessories I may need. I once had to wait when he was with other customers. I was the last one, he still took care of me even after the store hours was done. I Highly recommend the Franklin Lakes store for great customer service and service plans that fit your budget. No High pressure sales! See Franco he's the Best!

Was having problems with my iPhone and wasn't having much success at other Verizon stores in the area. Decided to give this store a shot... and I am very happy I did. I quickly received a new phone and they answered all and every question I had. They were also able to switch me to a much cheaper plan being that it was geared more towards what I was using anyway. I highly recommend going to this store, as I will make the commute to this store in the future anytime I need something Verizon related. A+
