Terrible costumer care. I have been calling and emailing this company about my order. I ordered a size to small and was trying to return it but my package didn’t come with a return slip. So I tried to find how to return it and there was nothing in how to return it. I emailed the company never got a response so I called many times also never got a response. Very unreliable.
Found a discount online that made the price hard to beat (coupons). The harness is great and my dog loves it. Well I think it loves it, it didn't actually tell me.
