Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

The afternoon meeting my wife and I had with her mom,Alicia,was pleasant and meaningful.the assistance on the outer deck by a female employee went smoothly and in a few minutes our mother was with us. We brought cookies and an ice tea and she enjoyed them as we reminisced and showed pix of family on our phones to her. I look forward to our next visit and compliment the staff who worked with us. The deck area was lovely and enjoyed the surrounding plants and shrubs.

Arbor Ridge is a facility surrounded by maple and oak trees which evoke a sense of tranquility. The homey atmosphere is enhanced by caring and professional staff. Throughout the Covid19 pandemic, there was never a lack of communication to families via phone calls from administration and Face Time with residents.. Because of the regular updates, we were confident that our loved one's safety and well being were a priority during the difficult quarantine.

Kitchen staff went above and beyond in caring for one of our residents whose appetite has been very poor . They were contacted about supplying him with more fresh fruit and sent an amazing beautiful tray of many different fruits in a lovely setting. The resident was thrilled.

We have had a beloved family member in the Korean Program at Arbor Ridge and have been very pleased with his care. It is never easy leaving family in the hand of others, but thanks to the caring leadership and staff we are comforted knowing he is receiving great care.

Love the staff and the facility for my mom. They go the extra mile and provide Excellent care.
