I would recommend this place! Knew what they were doing.
Was great 2 years ago carlstadt but lost trained employees. Lyndhurst sold me the wrong stylus and then went back to carlstadt and finally a technical person told me about samsung store . If they did this i would never have gone and returned my excellent note 8 that just needed the correct stylus to assurion and paid the 200 deductable and have had 4 replacements . I should be given a brand new phone for giving them a brand new first day out note8 that only problem was stylus that assurion doesn't insure anyway. I lost contacts a new phone and am left with phones that have had to get returned or repaired . FURIOUS ATT AND ASSURION WILL NOT REFUND AND SEND NEW PHONE
The most terrible customer service ever!!! Avoid at all costs!!!
I was there a couple of weeks ago. Staff was really helpful and professional. Definitely going to go back there.
Worst experience ever I had. Few month ago, worker was very friendly and kind. But, yesterday, A employer showed us very negative attitude.
