Please do whatever you can to avoid this place. The staff is completely unprofessional and unwilling to help. I made an appointment for November 6th in September. Before I even got to make the appointment, I kept calling to try to reach them but they never got back to me. When they did get back, the person I spoke too was so unprofessional and condescending. As someone who’s not really familiar urology, I expected them to help, guide me and answer my questions, but it was like I was annoying them with every question I had.nnAnyways I finally made the appointment and then two months later with 6 hours before my appointment, they called me to say that they have to canceled it because the doctor is not in. AFTER WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR THIS??! The lady I spoke to again was very rude and unwilling to help and she basically told me that no doctor can see me until 2021. Anyways I canceled the appointment and will never never go back to them.nnPLEASE AVOID THIS OFFICE AND HOSPITAL ALL TODAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY

Best Cancer Dr in NYC. Wonderful, caring staff. Very busy and be prepared to spend time there.

Horrible. Took my wife for a test for hematuria including cat scan and blood work. A month later she is still trying to get the lab results. The Urology department told her to FAX a HIPAA form which she did and delivery was confirmed but the hospital cannot find it. Getting results is almost impossible from this bunch of unprofessional people.
